What's the book John is reading waiting for Sherlock to come back from the morgue? He and Mrs Hudson have done a room search and it's all clear-Sherlock comes back, makes a 'sock index' comment and John puts his book down and rubs his face. ;-))

I need Sherlock's magnifier! It's too blurry and I have no image software on this PC ;-((
Ps I love your attention to detail, it's sobering (and reassuring) to know there are other addicts and cumberdykes out in Cumberland, not just me!

For me they live out their lives and love each other in myriad ways, all valid.
I was just watching a fascinating documentary about Jeanette winterson the writer, who I love btw, and she walked across the bridge in Paris famously covered in padlocks (fastened there by lovers) and I had a huge grin on my face, cos one of the fanfics had put John and Sherlock doing that very thing! (Of course, John had had to spell out why!) This is my life now...

I think I've seen this post by you on Tumblr - of course I 'hearted' it back then but since you have an LJ now I can tell you now that it is absolutely wonderful that you compiled this list.

How long did it take you to research this? I hope your eyes didn't suffer too much. :)
